The Olympic region around Seefeld and the Krumers Post Hotel & Spa has various leisure activities on offer during summer and winter. In the colder months, Tyrol has a wide choice of activities for winter sports’ lovers. Various cross-country ski trails including a night-time trail, a dog trail and a special cross-country ski trail with a sledge as well as biathlon are available. Skiing and snowboarding fans have a total of 40 kilometres of ski runs to choose from in the Seefeld Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf areas and is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. Those who prefer sledging can find various toboggan runs around Seefeld as well as a snow tubing track. Guests of all ages can take the lift to the top and then sledge down on large rubber rings on extra wide runways into the valley. The ice skating rink is only five minutes from the wellness hotel and includes a curling track. Last but not least, snowshoe walks in the Tyrolean Alps are an impressive adventure for nature lovers.

A variety of running and walking tracks invite you to explore the region during the summer. Those looking for a bigger challenge can do a climbing tour. The Karwendel Alps Park is the largest natural park in Austria and the Wetterstein Mountains offer various options. The Isar spring, the Wildmoos Lake or the Seefeld Wildsee, which has a public bathing beach, are great places to cool the feet down after all that walking! The Krumers Post Hotel & Spa organises guided walks or guests can just explore the Tyrolean Mountains with maps provided by the wellness hotel. Running or Nordic walking tracks are well sign-posted with the ‘Laufland Tirol’ guide system, which not only helps you stay on the track but it also gives information on difficulty levels.

Cycling enthusiasts can find marked cycling and mountain bike trails in Seefeld. Many chalets offer to change the battery for e-bike users free of charge. Lots of fun and action is promised with a roller skiing circuit, which includes modern biathlon facilities. The combination of cross-country skiing and roller skating using sticks allows you to move around the arena during the summer or enrol on a biathlon course.
